More Items

If something appeals to you e-mail me asking for particulars.  I will send you a picture and answer your questions as soon as possible. In addition, as time permits, I am open to building custom designs. Be aware that one of a kind items are expensive because of extra design and machine set up time. So these items are going to be considerably more expensive than off the shelf inventory.   I require a $50.00 deposit with the order before construction starts.  Also, after I have built the item, I own the plans.

Here are other items that I have built and sold. If you are interested in one of these please contact me directly.  Shipping charges extra.

Suet Cake Feeder   $24.00  This popular feeder is built of pine with a cedar shingle roof.  It has a basket on each side that will hold the suet cakes that are available every where. All wire is vinyl coated to protect the eyes and mouth parts of the birds that use these feeders.  3.5 x 7 x 13 inches high.

Suet Hopper $30.00    A shingle roof over a vinyl covered wire basket meant for chunk suet from the meat market. Really popular with the birds, including the Pileated Woodpecker.  Basket is 6 x 3.5 x 7 inches high.

Nuthatch Suet Feeder   $35.00   This was the first feeder with the diamond design in the shingles.  It is designed for birds that can land upside down to feed like chickadees, titmice, woodpeckers and nuthatches.  It cannot be used by starlings as they cannot hang upside down.  Their legs are not strong enough.  8 x 8 x 7 inches high.  It will hold a couple of pounds of suet.

Large Fly thru.  $60.00    This shingle covered feeder with only one wall features a slanting floor to drain any water that gets inside. The single wall has a four inch hole in it to permit entry of any bird that uses it.  They are neatly framed on entry.  A 1/8 inch screen is fastened over the center slot in the floor to let water out but keep most seeds inside.   12 x 19 x 12 inches high.

Hanging Fly Thru.   $50.00 Exactly half the size of the large fly thru. It is meant to hang from a branch or a hanger. 12 x 9 x 12 inches high.

Combo Feeder.    $40.00    A solid cedar feeder with a clapboard roof that raises for filling.  It has a suet basket on both ends for cakes or bulk suet.  It is meant to hang but works equally well on a post or deck railing.  It holds about 2 quarts of feed.  7.5 x 15.5 x 10 inches high.

Little Hopper.   $22.00     My smallest feeder of solid cedar.  It is meant for little birds..  Like the other hangers, I can also be used on a post or deck rail. It will hold about a quart of feed.  8 x 8 x 8 inches high.

Three way Barn Feeder.   $55.00   A solid cedar feeder designed to offer three kinds of feed.  Thistle seed in the silo, your choice of seed in the hopper, and a suet cake or bulk suet in the basket. This is a complicated feeder to build. 8 x 15.5 X 13 inches high.

Deck Shelf Feeder.    $45.00    A solid cedar, open feeder designed to clip onto a deck railing.   It has a 2 layer screen bottom for rigidity.  The top layer is window screen that will hold almost all seeds. Very popular with every bird that comes to feeders.  It will hang over the outside edge of the railing. Allows the feeding of oranges, meal worms etc. `12 x 24 x 3 inches deep

Peanut Feeder   $35.00    A suet type feeder with vinyl covered ¼ inch mesh wire sides. Can be used for peanuts, suet and sunflower hearts.  Best used hanging from a branch or eave.  6 x 3 x 16 inches high.
